Conduct a dedicated team training session for shop floor teams on brand philosophy and products

A package designed to provide strategic direction, full Management support to ensure your brand is well positioned and established in the market delivering sustainable growth allowing expansion into other markets. Including Additional Solution #1: Understanding your brand in the market place (with a 12month contract)

Provide strategic direction for global opportunities created with pros and cons with clear time lines all areas are accurate and if there any room for improvement

Pursue wholesale opportunities to grow business through marketing and new businesses

Financial review planning, budget control to be created and maintained

Create framework for targets retail and wholesale, issue and monitor monthly in line with financial planning

Create the launch strategy including PR, marketing and working with the retailer

Create Marketing plan for retailer and online opportunities

Management of retail sales goals within each retail store for Brand’s staff, this could be either the Aspiration Solutions Sales team (cross charged) or Brands own sales team

Conduct weekly store visits review merchandising, stock and floor management updates identifying  further brand opportunities

Conduct Monthly buyer meetings to review brand and review in store opportunities

Provide continuous product development and sales training for brand and store staff

Host monthly store team meeting to include coaching, motivation for sales goals

Create the Global strategy with clear timelines and processes for each territory

Source PR agency if not in place to ensure skill set match the brand and are aligned

Review and manage PR strategy in line with marketing strategy

Liaise with PR agency once in place with clear strategic direction, action plan and follow up

Create production and forecasting documents based on strategy and launch time scales

Review current forecasting cost of goods (COG) and free of charge (FOC) quantities to ensure

Distribution contracts sourced, managed and forecasts actioned and prepared

This is designed for a brand that is looking to enter or launch in the UK market but doesn’t want to commit to a contract initially.  It is important to understand the landscape, costs, projections and competitors before making a full commitment

Create the job description based on the roles and requirements of the brand and store

Define the recruitment process with clear costs and timelines, recommendations for salaries competitive to the store and role and additional compensations

Conduct all interviews, telephone where appropriate and face to face to ensure the right candidate is sourced for the brand and store

If necessary provide an appropriate advert

Create all brand employment contracts meeting UK employment law

Create all employee handbook and communication adhering to all UK employment law

Provide highly trained sales staff that are dedicated to our brands on a temporary basis meeting the retail peak trading needs of the business

Highly motivated sales consultants motivated by achieving targets that can also ensure the brand is merchandised, stocks are managed and visible.

This mentorship is designed to go at your natural pace but will provide you with the appropriate insight to deliver the key elements of a brand launch.
